Job Description:As a Growth Marketing Manager at TinyForm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our user acquisition strategies and scaling our growth efforts. You'll be at the forefront of identifying new opportunities, optimizing marketing funnels, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive user engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to attract, engage, and retain users.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing funnels to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine marketing tactics and improve overall performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating best practices into TinyForm’s growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and a drive to achieve measurable results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
