Google Sheets Integration

A planned connection that would add a row to a Google Sheet for every submission; what it will do and what to use in the meantime.

Coming soon. This feature is not in the product yet. The page is here so the list of what is planned stays visible; it describes what the feature will do when it lands.

A Google Sheets integration would let a form write straight into a spreadsheet: a new row for each completed submission, one column per question, appearing within moments of the respondent pressing submit. You would connect a Google account from the form's Integrations tab, pick an existing spreadsheet or have one created, and optionally back-fill the responses already collected.

On the Integrations tab of a form, Google Sheets is listed among the services to discover and marked coming soon. Nothing connects yet: there is no Google sign-in for it and no sync running in the background.

Until it arrives, two routes cover the same ground. The Submissions tab's Download CSV gives you every response in a file a spreadsheet opens directly, with the same columns the table draws. For a live feed, add a webhook and point it at a tool that can append rows on your behalf, or read new responses through the REST API on a schedule you choose.

When the integration ships, this page will describe how to connect an account, how columns map to questions, and how to read its sync log.
